 Ensuite AML ferme le boitier de façon définitive et test une dernière fois. (fig2)

::ATELIER DE MUSIQUES LOURDES:: Bigger Muff pi :: Day Two

Voici la suite de la construction de la Bigger Muff pi.
 Le travail de cette journée pour AML sera la peinture de la plaque décorative et sa pose sur le boitier. (fig 1&2)
Here is the result of the construction of the Bigger Muff pi.
The work of this day to AML will be painting the decorative plate and its installation on the case. (fig 1&2)

Ensuite AML va poser un entretoise de renfort à l'intérieur de ce qui sera le futur boitier, puis ce sera le vissage des composants électromécaniques sur ce même boitier. Pour les détails de finition AML à choisi des boutons qui rappelle les vieilles pédales  MAESTRO (fig 2)

L'étape suivante est l'arrimage du circuit électronique à l'intérieur de la boite (fig 3)

AML will then be a strut reinforcement inside of what will be the future case, then it will be screwing electromechanical components on the same box. For the finishing details on AML selected buttons of the same type as the old pedals MAESTRO (fig 2)
The next step is securing the electronic circuit inside the box (Fig. 3)

Il est maintenant temps de débuter le câblage interne vers les potentiomêtres de distorsion et de tonalité et le switch à pied qui permet de bypasser le tonestack (une modification personnelle d'AML) (fig4)

It is now time to begin the internal wiring to the potentiometers distortion and tone and the switch-off that can bypass the tonestack (a change of personal AML) (fig4)

Tout ceci étant effectué les premiers tests vont pouvoir commencer. Le circuit est relié à une alimentation de laboratoire et aux jacks avec des pinces crocodiles. Le verdict est sans appel, "ça fonctionne du feu de Dieu!!"

Voici la présentation d'un atelier de fabrication pour Fuzz, Filtres, NoiseBox, Minisynths..... basé à Dijon (21000 FR).

Je vous propose un report de la fabrication d'une BIGGER MUFF pi. (la plus grosse encore jamais fabriquée au monde et elle sera pour moi)   >:-[

1er jour :
Day One:
Lors de cette première matinée L' AML s'attelle au traçage de la carte (fig 1 & 2), a graver la face cuivre (fig 3) de cette même carte.
During the first morning The AML tackle the tracing of the map (fig 1 & 2), etching the copper side (fig 3) of the same card.

Puis ensuite est venu le temps de peupler la carte en trois phases (fig 4 & 5)
(les résistances, les condensateurs puis les composants actifs -transistors+diodes-)

L'après midi sera consacré à la confection du boitier, traçage et découpe (fig 6) puis ensuite pliage (fig 7 & 8). Viendra ensuite la préparation d'un plaque en aluminium pour décorer le boitier. (fig 9)

The afternoon will be devoted to the preparation of the case, tracing and cutting (Fig. 6) and then fold (Fig. 7 & 8). Then comes the preparation of an aluminum plate to decorate the box. (Fig. 9)
